Strip flooring is a versatile solid wood product, tongue and grooved on four sides. It is suitable for use as a structural floor laid on to joists or battens, or it can be laid over an existing floor. Strip lengths vary depending on the grade of material:

  

Tavern grade
Lengths range from 400mm to 1800mm and have open knots, colour variation and sap.

Rustic grade
Lengths range from 225mm to 1300mm and have open knots and colour variation

Prime and select grade
Lengths range from 225mm to 1600 and have minimal knots and minimum colour variation.

    

Country or Factory grade
Lengths range from 225mm to 1600mm and have small knots and colour variation.

Strip Flooring should not be used as a floating floor and must always be securely fixed by secret nailing.
