Ordering Floor Samples

We have samples of most of our products available for free collection from our showroom. Alternatively for a small fee to cover postage and packaging, we can send them out.

 Individual sample: £5.00 including VAT

 Multiple sample: (up to 3) £10.00 including VAT

Please ensure the full correct post code and building name/number are given when ordering samples to ensure prompt delivery. Due to the restrictions of using Royal Mail, samples can only be sent individually. If multiple samples are required a courier is necessary at a slightly higher cost.  

One of our sales team will call you to verify and process the charge where data is processed securely with our card processing provider. This data is not held on our systems.

Sample delivery charges incurred will be refunded against subsequent orders generated.

Each sample piece of wood is unique in grain and colour and therefore cannot be truly representative of a finished installation.
